Origination Fees

There is currently no origination fee charged. These fees are calculated as a percentage of the borrowed amount and are set by the Isolated Pools.

Interest Rate Spread

This continuous fee is a spread between lender APY and borrowers’ interest rate. It’s charged as a percentage of interest earned from lenders.

Liquidation Fees

If a borrower’s position is liquidated, a fee is charged. This fee is split into two and is

earned by the liquidator bot that executes the liquidation and the protocol.
